That was the cover photo one day, so just imagine it about 5 times bigger than it appears on your screen. Someone get me a napkin! (a serviette to you lot in the commonwealth). Almost made the local rag worth buying :p !
They're getting a lot of mileage out of that photo. They got several letters thanking them for printing it, and used the occasion of running those letters to print the photo again. Then they ran it for the 3rd time I've seen it with the column you linked to.
Not that I mind :p !

I actually bought the recent issue of Runners World since he was on the cover...and I can't even run 1/2 mile!

I've considered going to the NY marathon to try to see him in person (never have), but I wonder how much I'd actually get to see of him versus the travel time, cost, etc.
If he does an Ironman in the continental U.S., though, I'm there.
