the good? I'm back on the bike after 3 loooong months off! Got to ride Sun and it was a glorious day to ride... :D

the bad? I rode 20 miles... and felt like I rode 20 miles... shoot, it used to take me 20 miles to warm up... also, at one point I turned my head to chat and danged near HIT the curb. Oh, that woulda hurt... and probably resulted in more months off the bike... I recovered somehow and stopped shaking about 5 minutes later...:o

the ugly? the thoughts running thru my head... "omg... I think my lungs are gonna exlpode...was that a pop? how long can I live after they explode???" followed by... "sheesh, why is she (my friend) going so fast? Is she even sweating? I don't think she's sweating!!!"... followed by... "omg... not another climb... what is this, like 3%??? dying... I'm dying..."

ah, the joy of cycling... sure is good to be back :p

I am glad you are able to get back on the bike, that is wonderful.

You wrote my theme and I havent been off my bike. Thats how I still feel every time I ride. LOL

It is fun though. I always feel so much better after I have gone and had a good hard ride. All nice and sweaty and stinky when I get home. I don't know why but that does feel great, and I hate to sweat. It feels so bad, while riding (in a sense) and I think I am going to just die and then I am home, and all the sweat, hard work, and accomplishment feels great and I want to lavish in it for a moment before I go take my shower.
Then the shower AAAHHHHHHH, that warm water feels so good!!!!

I know!! I'm weird!!! But we all have our quirks. LOL
