We're having apple pie and chocolate milk for lunch. :D
I'm riding up Diablo in a couple of hours. Thom asked me how I thought it would sit.
I told him that it couldn't be worse than Evil Pork Day. I STILL like BBQ pulled pork though.

You're just eating recovery food in advance. There's nothing wrong with that...

Go V, GO V - Im thinking you will burn that all off by the time you reach that 17% grade:eek:  . I thought of you and SK today on my ride - one section was a 14% and I remember SK saying you will love hills one day. Well I still dont but it did make me smile....or was that a grimace.:D :D
Trek-who feels faint just at the idea of Diablo-hawk

You could so do Diablo. It's just a longer version of Cardiac. Okay, so it's a lot longer, but the grade is about the same - until the end. I really think you need to do it before you leave us.

Yes, Trekhawk! Do Diablo. It's a great ride. IF you can do it on a Sunday I could come too! Either side- North or south. Great time of the year to go up!
