Well for whatever reason the neurologists recommend I have a hat or scarf with me for my tests. So, rather than question this, I decided why not buy a hat for cycling and take it with me for tests.
Any cycling hat recommendations?

These will fit under your helmet and look rather stylish I think:

Do you want warm fuzzy hats like the ibex (which are very pretty) or the old fashioned cycling caps like this (http://www.amazon.com/Apis-Gerolsteiner-Team-Cycling-Cap/dp/B000FAI4Z8/sr=8-5/qid=1159576112/ref=pd_bbs_5/104-4790280-1947941?ie=UTF8&s=apparel).

I ordered this hat in Fuchsia: http://www.ibexwear.com/F06/View_Product.php?GarmentID=645&thePhoto=../Photos/F06/840_8664.jpg&Category=1051&CategoryLine=
The hat arrived today and is wonderful. No test run, since it is 81 degrees out, but I can tell you the colour is lovely. To me, the colour is more of an eggplant than fuchsia. I am pleased I chose this colour. It matches nothing I own, but I figured some cheeriness would be nice on dreary days.:)

Oh, if I could only justify ordering one... Think I'd better be riding and getting cold before I go buy one. I've overspent my bike budget a few times over this year. Maybe I'll suggest it for Christmas! SKnot always needs a little help with presents ideas.:p

I'm really leaning toward either the solid fushia or the solid black.
(but more than that I need to buy an Ortlieb Large saddle bag from wallbike)

Ibex is sold out on the black solid hat! Oh, no! And I was almost ready to order one and a Collo turtleneck!
If that fushia is really more of an eggplant color, i could order that.

what about the striped ones? The black w/orange stripe looks cool, and the "current" one too.
I got the green striped one which I like. The green is more of a kelly green than the soft green they picture.
You can always get the solid black SmartWool skullcap on TE... that one fits right over your ears nicely and is a little more stretchy, which is good under the helmet. I plan to double up my green one and my SW black one when it gets really cold.

I really like mine and I think it looks more like an eggplant colour, although I am not the best judge of colours. I was very pleased with the colour, but I was not trying to match or coordinate it with anything.

I don't really need a hat, I just want one.
What I really need are clothes, cuz mine don't fit anymore.
I have 3 pairs of pants I can still wear to work. One of them, if I unhook the belt they slide right off my hips! Won't be wearing them to work much longer, I'm afraid.
Might get the Collo t-neck, then go to Coldwater Creek and get some pants. Or maybe I should save my money and go to Target for a wool t-neck. (Target's pants aren't long enough. Darn! Less than $20 = happy shopping!)
Or just not buy a t-neck. Get a pair of pants and nothing else.
But I want the Collo in plum... http://www.ibexwear.com/F06/View_Product.php?GarmentID=318 I deserve it! I had a difficult day yesterday! Sure, I can rationalize buying a t-neck from Ibex!
