Has anyone had any problems with the 'armor' screws on Mallet Cs just gluing themselves into place and then stripping their heads when trying to get them out? (even with a copper screw driver blade!):eek:
I'm getting kind of p.o'ed at mine, I've soaked the screws in liquid wrench, tried everything short of just dremelling new slots in them (eventually I'll just have to remove the heads...) but the 'armor' that's on it now is alright, I suppose... I just wish I had more 'bite' in my shoes for when I go without the clips.
