Well, I ordered my Jenny Ewing shirt on the net, surfed a little, and then 20 minutes later went to the Post Office and there it was! Okay, it just seemed that fast. I think I always get my order within one or two days of placing it. It apparently goes out within hours. Anyone else surprised at how quickly your orders arrive? Fastest shipping on the planet! Thanks Susan.:)

Funny, I was just thinking that today when my Velo Bella jacket arrived only two days after I placed the order online.
With rain in the forecast for tomorrow, I really appreciate the speedy delivery.
Amazing. TE is the best!
Now if only they would start carrying xc-ski stuff...

I continue to be amazed and pleasantly surprised by how fast TE orders show up in my mailbox! I picture someone sitting at a computer, receiving my online order, turning around and grabbing my stuff from a shelf and then biking down to the local post office to mail it. LOL Of course, the process is much more complex than that, which makes the quick deliveries that much more admirable. Keep up the excellent work, Susan and TE!

Why can't everyone be like TE? Shipping performance has come to affect my buying decisions quite a bit.

Agreement here! Unbelieveable how fast and efficient TE is.
I used to think Zappos had the best shipping policy but no longer (they must have changed their carriers or something, because now it takes a long time to get my stuff). Because of that, I rarely shop there anymore.
TE stands heads and tails above everyone else for customer service.

Don't thank me - thank the team of great staff we are so fortunate to have here. They make it all possible:
Renata, Molly, Abra & Lindsay doing a fantastic job in customer service (among all the other hats they wear here) and Gayle with super-efficient packing and shipping.

I have to agree with everyone's comments. Shopping at TE is the next best thing to "instant gratification" as I always get my orders within two days. This is my first season of cycling and I've purchased a ton of stuff. I wish I'd found TE earlier because the selection and service can't be beat. A coworker recently purchased a gift certificate from TE for me and it came with some TE post-it notes and a water bottle. So I received gifts with my gift! How nice is that?
Thanks to everyone at TE.

Ditto that. I often buy from TE late on Friday afternoon (eastern time) and always have my items by Monday. It's the next best thing to instant gratification. I find that Terry is equally prompt. They're both wonderful companies to deal with.
As for the comments about Zappos, I have to say that I received my latest items pretty quickly. I ordered Friday and got them the following Monday.

TE is an incredible site staffed and run by awesome people. My family and I will forever be grateful for their kindness and diligence. I am hoping we will have our 2nd Annual Memorial Ride to benefit Safe Alone. We are keeping things a little quiet until after the trial, but I guarantee you once we get past that hurdle (no idea when) we will be up and running again. Everyday is still very difficult, but because of her incredible spirit, we have a lot of great memories that help us get through. Thanks again to TE.
Stay SAFE

Brianne,
You probably got your fedex 2-day order in one day (it shipped Monday, not Sunday) because you are in Seattle and we are in Portland. Oregon & Washington residents often (but not always) get their FEDEX 2-day shipments in 1 day, as those packages don't fly to Memphis first!
Priority Mail from Portland to Seattle is typically 2 days.
Hope this info helps,
Susan.
