It's 5:15 and 85 degrees out still. I think there was a fire somewhere to the west of me, as the air is just heavy. I can't bring myself to go out and ride...

It's video time I guess.

Ugggh....the air in the Valley is bad today too. I've been inside at work all day and still suffering. Yukko!

I feel ur pain. :(

Well, I dragged my bike outside and had a pretty good ride, short, but good. I know that come December and January I'll be wishing for days like today.

Same here -- got about 20 miles in. Felt good & strong, but that's after I took a swig off the inhaler before I left. :rolleyes:

Now I'm hungry! :p :D
