Hi!
I completed my first metric century on Saturday afternoon . For about the final 20 miles, I had increasing knee pain. The knee pain was much more detrimental to my ride than the normal last-push fatiguing of the quads. It definitely felt like a joint strain and not so much a muscular pain. What to do? I'd like to do 75 mi before the season is out, but I don't want to damage the joints. Does this mean my seat is too low? I've done 50mi with no knee pain -- this is the first time it's happened.
thanks for your thoughts!!
